Shipping & Delivery
Lorus South Africa offers our customers FREE shipping to ANY location in South Africa for all orders over R750. For orders under R750 there's a flat rate fee of R70.
All our orders are shipped via RAM couriers.
A Waybill number will be supplied with every shipment, which you can trace via this link.
All items in stock will be shipped within 3-5 working days of receiving a cleared payment for your order.
We hope you’ll love your new purchase!
However, if within 7 days of receiving it you’d like to return it, send it back to us together will all the original packaging. We’ll happily exchange it for something else, or give you a refund on your purchase price (less shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
